Beginning my career in aeronautical engineering, I spent nearly two decades with QANTAS honing my technical and operations management expertise in the aviation industry. However, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, I transitioned into the private sector, where I successfully established, expanded, and revitalised training and labor hire enterprises. This entrepreneurial journey equipped me with invaluable skills and insights, leading to my transition into executive positions supporting the rail industry in the public sector with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) and now Engenco, where I hold the Executive General Manager position for Momentum, CERT Training and Eureka 4WD and Truck Training.

Through my executive roles, I have gained a wealth of experience and a unique managerial perspective. Combined with my engineering skills and strong problem-solving abilities, I enjoy contributing to the development and advancement of the rail sector's initiatives and objectives.
