Our Enterprise Agreement (EA) [Total Momentum Pty Ltd National Rail Operations Agreement 2022] was implemented in 2022 and provides labour hire staff highly sought after working conditions.

Our EA offers greater flexibility and consistency regarding terms and conditions, clearly outlines pay rates, career structure, allowances, and entitlements such as overtime penalties.
