Service Delivery LeadWith a background in hospitality, in 2018 I seized the opportunity to pursue a Certificate III in Business Administration with Momentum. Excelling in my work placement, I secured a permanent position and haven't looked back since. Throughout my tenure at Momentum, I've held numerous positions across multiple operational and business service departments. I have gained extensive knowledge in business management, customer service and industry recruitment.
In my current capacity as the Service Delivery Lead, I manage the day-to-day operations of the Career Path Programs & Recruitment. My role enables me to interact with both customers, clients and new Momentum employees on a regular basis. The diversity in my current role means that no day is exactly the same and I thoroughly enjoy balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders at the same time, often on the same projects.
Fun Fact: In 2017, I had the honour of representing Australia in our regions Qualifier and World Cup Floorball tournaments held in Slovakia and New Zealand.
